Winning the MMF Upcoming Manager of the Year Award 2013 is a huge honour. The line up of finalists was outstanding, there are some really great managers out there. Big thanks to the artists who make me look great and especially Andrew Spraggon for asking me to come on board at the beginning and for the learning I've received from him, the rest of the Sola Rosa crew who are an inspiration and the nicest, hardest working bunch I've had the pleasure to work with, (despite the need for mind bleach when entering the tour van), Anna, Ash and Kara and the boys for the opportunity to collaborate and the exciting times ahead, Teresa Patterson for being the sounding board and the guidance, Gary Fortune for the hook ups and advice which have been invaluable, the MMF for providng such an amazing service and network in what could otherwise be a very isolating experience, and to my Mum for taking time out of her life to look after my boys so that I could go overseas, and for the sage words and advice she gives me constantly. I feel very blessed and thankful as I get to do the things I love doing with people I really enjoy being around.
